DeKalbsCoachK
la beat york last night 8-0 Congrats on the win. DeKalb tied Stone Memorial 2-2. We were up 2-0 with like 12 minutes left and took our foot of the gas and they scored 2 goals in like 2 minutes. Credit to Stone Memorial for never giving up. April 27th is going to be big!!! socceraddict
Dekalb County plays portland on the 14th. This should be a good indicator of how the regions 7 and 8 look in comparison to each other

socceraddict
Portland won 3-1 over Dekalb County. This was a well played game. Dekalb runs a very effective trap. Portland was called for offsides 10 times. Portland scored 3 goals by 3 different players. Each of those goalscorers were sophomores. Dekalb got in a goal in the last 2 minutes of the game. Great ball through. Good game to both teams and good luck to both in their districts I think highly of the Dekalb team after seeing them play last night. I was impressed with their coach and their players. Classy organization

I am happy to say both teams kept it very clean and not [THAT] much talking badly.. lol Got to give credit where credit is due, Portland passed very well and finished nicely. DC played well but not to their full potential. I can honestly say i hope we get a rematch with Portland. Maybe at Dekalb this time /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

hoogeye99
lebanon had two players out with red cards dont think that would have made much of a difference dont matter though thats part of the game... la out played lebanon score seemed alot closer than the game was
ThomasJ
I think highly of the Dekalb team after seeing them play last night. I was impressed with their coach and their players. Classy organization That is a change. In the past, they would refuse to shake hands, the coach would bad mouth opposing players on the field, and they would get red cards often. Maybe they have rounded a corner, but I'll wait to pass judgement. Did I mention run up the score?

Did I mention run up the score? run up the score? and when was it that they wouldnt shake hands? you cant say the entire team wouldnt shake hands cause im positive thats not true.. and im pretty sure that DeKalb didnt get as many red cards as some teams in the district... so far there have been no red cards from DeKalb.. i would say this team plays very clean compared to most.. the coach thing is true and he knows it lol.. nathan_n09
oh and it would be great if we could get the entire district to post their schedules.. having only 2 schools post their games isnt exactly saying that our district cares very much.. just saying.. if we cant get the other schools to post their scores we should at least try and get the info and post it ourselves..
