I am the head wrestling coach at riverdale high and thinking that my players are just some slackers.

I told them i would publically humiliate them. They are the worst wrestlers i ever had. They dont listen and dont like to be aggressive. The best ones i have are just some over wieght people with no talent. I really wish that I had someone like BEN DAVIS on my team. He plays on Lebanon High And I expect him to win state.

Hey, that is something I would normally say. Are you sure you are their coach? If you are, is it in their best interest to express your displeasure on such a forum? It is still early in the year. Take on the challenge and actually COACH them to become better competitors.

This is the Coach From riverdale. I do think that they need somework. They really are no good. They just moan and groan about the short terms of runing a give them. I make them run about 7 miles. THATS IT. THEN we just run about 60 forty yard spirts, timed... THEN there is the last thing we do is just some easy 1000 yds up and downs.

I dont think that is much running. They just really need to shut the riverdale wrestling association down. We really do stink really bad. We need someone like BEN DAVIS from lebanon high school. He is a junior and his over all record is 2-99... Yes it seems ruff but he has improved about 2.8585885857347387474 % better. I think he will probably win state and kill i me physically kill all his apponets. Yes he does know about the rumors and he will we state.

I am the head coach at riverdale high school but toady i will talk about BEN DAVIS. He is probaly the best 160 wretler in the the state and could easly wop any and every 160 in the state. I have talked with the head coach at lebanon. Coach at lebanon says that ben davis is good and would allow the match. Ben is a good and will beat any and every challenge put his way. If you are a 160 and would like to just email me and it will happen. But beware he will kill you on the mat. I Guarantee that you will lose horribly bad and you will lose all your condfidence and quit wrestling and quit wrestling and have to get a job at Wendys to support your drug habbit. He will win state.

Dustin Catlett or Quinn Gibson would pin that kid in the first period he has no chance against either of them. Both defending state champs and both likely to win it again.

Don't waste your time with this garbage. I know the Riverdale coach and he wouldn't be talking trash like this. If anything it is this Lebanon guy wanting you to make him feel better. I don't believe coach Atchley is condoning this type of talk.

hey coach gonyea, why don't you grow a few inches and then come and talk to us about who will win state. Until then, keep sniffin that good lowland air. Ben Davis all the way!

Obviously you have a problem with my height, but I don't. Good luck to Ben Davis...with all this trash you are talking about him, you are just painting a big target on his back. I'm sure he appreciates that.

I am just a 7 year old boy that had nothin else to do and so i pick my friend and used him. He is not that good. I am trying to make this sound good for his purpose. But if you read this and are in the 160 i ask you please dont set out to hurt him. Please dont think i was really Riverdale Coach. The riverdale caoch is worst than i portrayed. Alot worst. Coach Goneya I congradulate you on your championship. You are a good coach and you should keep up the good work. So be nice to ben davis......

I have never seen this ben davis or ever heard of him. But mabey he is actually good i dont know but come febuary we will see. Also u say he is 3-99 but he will destroy everyone. Im confused 3-99 is bad so does that mean he is bad. Does he really exist. :confused: If he does i give him the best of luck. and riverdale u are a bunch of slackers i mean at least according to your coach.
