UTCs camp should be great this year! Bono has a couple under his belt now and this years should be great.

I think the question was, "is anybody else going to the appalachian state wrestling intensity camp?" what the two posts that follow that have to do with it, beats me. Now before I get y'alls blood boilin I will tell you yes Coach Bono is a gift to Chattanooga wrestling and yes he probably runs a good amp, but so does Coach Bentley and Mance.

 

Anyway back to topic, I know some MBA wrestlers went to that camp a couple years ago and came back with a lot of new stuff and conditioning.
