Current Warrior Classic update

 

So far no games canceled - waiting on sun and wind to work its magic /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />

 

One schedule change today (and game times may change to help get fields ready today?)

 

Lawrence Co has to make up a district game so we have changed a couple of games today:

 

At Riverdale at 5:00 (note time change) is a great game between A and AA powers. Goodpasture takes on JCS

 

Riverdale will play David Crockett when that game is over.

 

Oakland will play Franklin at 6:30 at Oakland

 

That is the only changes for now... Back to work with the grounds crew.... /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Have you guys thought about moving some local teams up to play earlier in the day Friday...say, maybe, a start time around 10:00.

 

It looks as though the forecast has improved a little for Saturday - from 70% to 40% chance of scattered storms. Moving local teams up earlier in the day might move some Saturday games to Friday night etc. Just a thought.

One more change. Blackman is too wet so turn to your program and move the Brentwood vs Clarksville NW game to Lavergne at 4:00 and postpone the Blackman vs Clarksville NW game

Yes- Mt. Juliet's Thursday games have been postponed. The 4:00 game will now be played at 10:00 a.m. Friday and the 6:30 game will now be played at 12:30 Friday.

We have moved the Shelbyville vs Spring Hill game to Oakland at 4:00 - look for a lot of scouts - Cooper is on the mound and then Oakland plays Franklin
