I guess it boils down to what the tssaa defines as "Open Facility." Maybe someone should email the tssaa to get them to clarify if this is a legal situation or not.

Also, this doesn't seem fair to schools within a system that doesn't allow its schools to have an "athletics" class period, but that is another discussion altogether.

I hear Oak Rige is having organized QB and WR throwing with the coaches. I don't know if that is legal or not. Once again I hear this. I don't really care because I hear everybody does it.

 

Boorelly - I reported on this several weeks ago. I was told the same thing about the WRs and QBs practicing under Coach Blade's guidance. I asked the question then, "when will Mike Mullins turn him in to TSSAA like he did Coach Stevens". It was also a moral and ethical question for Mike Mullins and his fans. Now I ask the question again, all Mike Mullins's fans, do Mike have the same morals and ethics to turn in Coach Blades to the TSSAA?

 

I am going to ask you a few questions:

1st question: Was SS turned in about the knife?

2nd question: Was SS turned in when he pushed a coach?

3rd question: Was SS turned in when equipment came up missing?

4rth question: Did the President of the United States run around with a terrorist?

 

All of the answers to these questions are yes.

 

Will the AD turn in the Coach if he breaks a rule? I would say yes.

 

I do have one more question, Who is Coach Blades?

He knows that we are in violation of a much abused rule and he WILL NOT turn in his guy. Let's face it, Mullins wanted SS gone, and he made it miserable for him. I am glad that SS is gone, but Mullins is letting Blade do what he would NOT allow SS to do. We can't deny this.

I am saying that we may currently be in violation of TSSAA rules and our AD hated SS, and would not allow him to violate this ridiculous, and often broken rule. I also said that Mullins would NOT make Blade stop violating the same rule. I am glad SS is gone, and I am thrilled that we have Blade. OJ was guilty...did I say he was innocent? Since you answered your own questions, now answer if Mullins going to turn in Blade. I was taught a rule is a rule. This doesn't have to do with anything SS did while he was at OR. What he did was well documented by many. You seem to miss the point. All the questions/answers you provided seemed to deflect from the real question.
