How will Central look? I think the skill players will do fine, the only thing that worries me is the line. Losing several kep linemen will hurt big time. It doesnt matter how good you are if you have no one to block for you, you cant do too much.. Predictions anyone?

what...they kicked moss off the team to...man i didn't know that...I am not sure but i am willing to bet they have a few key players out for the spring due to other sports...i would give the edge to soddy in the spring...most 6a schools should have more players then the 3a schools..

I dont think they kicked Moss off, I believe he left on his own (play off game). I hope both of them come back because they both would be a vital part of the team.

I think they both left their team at key points in the season, but what the heck, bing them back. I can see how two players like that could be vital parts of the program. As long as you win, I'll bet they will stay, but if you start losing you might need some help keeping them.

Should be a very good test for both teams. It will be interesting how Soddy plays with E.K. leaving today. Soddy does have really good players coming back. They got a huge offnesive lineman I believe his named Austin Day. He is like 6'7 320, he is getting some looks from a few schools. Overall Soddy has a very good offensive line. Can't for get Soddy's QB Parrott and if he is still there P.J. Hubbard. I'm intersted in seeing how Soddy's defense looks they lost some really good players on the defensive side of the ball

 

Is this scrimmage at Central or Soddy and what time does it start?

i heard it was at soddy..i'm not sure it will be a close game as many think... i think central has alot of key players not going through spring practice...i'm sure soddy has most of their starters...But if soddy lost alot of defensive players central may be able tokeep it close...its hard to stop the veer/midline if your not use to seeing it..

Yes Soddy dosn't see the veer/midline much at all, so that may help out. Should be interesting also to see what soddy has a WR and CB since both starters were seniors. If they have trouble replacing the two WR spot they will have trouble moving the football. The same goes for CB if they don't find two good corners to fill the spots soddy may suffer on pass defense. I see Central keeping this one close just do to all that soddy has to do, with replacing the coach, filling positions, and players still out for spring sports.

 

@ Soddy not sure on the time ill find out.

It was supposed to be at 6.. We have been trying to get ahold of Soddy all day today to make sure its still on but no answer??

 

They finally got a hold of the coaches at soddy and it is still on at 6. But now the weather is going to be a deciding factor if it will even be played.

      I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.

      Yeah. AC brass walked in to the building at Clinton and suggested that the principal start changing grades.  Honesty, the notion that anybody at AC was involved is just idiocy.  The ones who are hurt most are the kids who weren't involved in the cheating, but still are being penalized by college admission decisions and scholarship consideration simply because they went to a school that was involved in such a scandal.

      I heard it was ugly.  Coach Harig and the Redskins demolished what is left of the Dragon Wagon.  At this point, it is not certain that Clinton will even be able to field a football team for 2024.  No way the coach keeps his job, transfers gone, nothing left.  Back to the stone ages for the Dragoons.

      Not even close, changing over 1000 grades?  Head coach changing grades to keep players on the field?  Not the same.  They will give Lieutenant Flip Flops the "Opportunity to resign"  right after graduation if not before.     Negative, the juvenile court judge blew the whistle.  Clinton admin, teachers and coaches started this fire.  Been going on for 4 years now according to Jones, one of the teachers that was fired.  This is truly pathetic.   The Dragon Wagon is #### up in the ditch down on highway 61 down there near The Spur.  Reap what you sew.
