I am sorry to say, that is not saying a lot. There have not been too many successful coaches at UTM. They need someone that has ties and in with West TN, someone that can have the personality to sell the program. Then someone to help get into Memphis and pick off a surprise or two, UTM is not going to get the cream of the crop. If they do that they could be an year in year out contender in the OVC.
