Henry Co. - Liberty Tech Magnet and Humboldt

 

Kenwood - Fort Campbell, Ky and Mt. Juliet

Northeast - Sycamore and Pearl Cohn

Which team has the toughest and which team has the weakest?

 

I would have to say that Kenwood has the toughest 1st 2 games and the weakest is out of West Creek and HC, but this is WC's 1st year in existence so they get a pass.....

 

HC doesnt need a "pass" from you or anyone else concerning their schedule. After three consecutive years in the semifinals and winning 30 of the last 35 games it is difficult to find anyone who wants to play without driving hours away. I am happy that they found a couple of teams not too far from home. I am sure both Liberty and Humboldt were seeing $$$$$$$$$ when they scheduled us. We will make money for every team we play.

 

I wasnt even trying to say anything bad or put HC down; I was just answering the question. I see you guys get really defensive over much of nothing though.....

Last year HC Region opponets were 27-35 this years region opponents were 21-50. HC non region opponents last had 11-10 season. Maybe HC toughest games will be non-region games?

Man, Henry Co looks tough to beat! However, we all know it comes down to who shows up on Friday night. My top four teams at the preseason have to be as follows:

 

Henry Co at top

Clarksville High close behind

Dickson Co is a lock at third

and 4 is between these teams (Rossview & Kenwood)

 

West Creek being young will surprise teams and finish 5-5.

Northeast will feel the pain of losing players to West Creek and finish 3-7.

Springfield ends up 5-5.

Northwest gets better but ends up 3-7.

 

Reps in the playoffs will be in 6A - Dickson the top seed and Rossview the two.

5A - Henry the top seed and Clarksville the two.

5A wild card - Kenwood

 

Bowl games - Springfield and West Creek

 

I guess I can look back at this in 10 weeks to see if I know what I am talking about!

Yes...Henry County's JV beat Creekwood's JV 14-0. Then the Patriot Varsity squad beat Creekwood 30-7 in their 2 quarters at Clarksville High. Henry Co. had a pretty good showing tonite in Clarksville!
