I think the score COULD be 48 - 0

I say could be OZ need to come out with the same fire they did against Cumberland Co. every Friday night. They cannot turn it on and off when they want to.

The defense line got push back all night long, no push from them at all

Did anyone else think this?

Don't need anyone from Rockwood to answer you wasn't there.

I believe Oliver Springs has this one in the bag. They did win big against Hancock Co. But they came out with the attitude that they had already won the game then it seemed like no one scored the first quarter. If they come out with the same attitude and over look some teams down the road it come back to hurt them.

I say 35-14 OZ

The d line is mostly made of 2nd string lineman. When we get to the tougher part of our games then u will see more guys goin both ways. Hankhill as i recall os line gave your little rockwood boys all they wanted and more so you comin on our post sayin pillow fight is crazy because i rememeber most of ur d line spent most of the time on there back side. Anyways os will come out ready to play this week 42-0 Os

The bobcats are back... and a win this week will prove nothing. Coach Willey Bracket will spend more time worrying about who to play, than what play to call this week. Oliver Springs is big and physical and Oakdale...well, has about as many players as OS does cheerleaders. Oakdale will come out on fire in this one, but look for OS to close in the second half and get some younger guys some game experience.

Oliver Springs-42

Oakdale-12

Don't know if OS is taking this game serious or not, this team is hard to get a read on. If they come out ready to play, it could get ugly fast. But if they aren't, Oakdale could hang around for a while, but OS depth will eventually wear them down. I just wish these kids would realize what kind of season they could have if they get their heads on straight and have a greater sence of urgency in practice and before these games that everybody picks them to win convincenly. I really think they have the potential to make a serious run, but it's up to them. OS wins could be by 5 tds or as little as 1 td. its up to them. I'm not being critical I just don't want these seniors to miss out on a chance to have a special year and take advantage of the opportunity they have. Again this is a good group of kids with a lot of potential, it all comes down to how bad they want it. My prediction 45 to 8 GO CATS!

When does the "tougher part of your games" start????

OS will get their wins this year(7-8) but will suffer in the play-offs from the patsy schedule they are playing all year.

    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
    • This whole situation is bonkers. You don’t just kick your star player off the team just because you heard them say the F word; the coach definitely had something against the player, or somebody definitely did. Also, nobody has brought up the idea that the school blackmailed the college to get the college to withdraw the scholarship offer, not to mention that the coach who kicked her off is no longer even with the program; they were fired. I think this is a pretty easy lawsuit. I don’t know if she should deserve that much money, but I think she should get enough money for a full-ride scholarship if she cannot get one after this situation.
    • Oh yeah, I’m sure you are different people just always on the same thread for some reason, always agreeing with each other, perhaps just a bunch of dorks who would like to ###### and moan about high school football coaches do a lot of other students, so you make a football team and get a yell at them. When they do something wrong, but I’m sure you don’t like that, do you?   and I’m sure I’m aware of where you get information. A teacher who was on the coaching staff but was fired after the new coaching and staff came in and realized he actually had to start taking his assistant job a little bit more seriously than just wanting to make a little extra cash on the side, hardly even showing up to most practices, should’ve left with his buddy to go to Farragut. I’m sure he could get him a defensive coaching job, but I doubt he will be there in three years. Looking at the way Farragut is currently going.
