They should, but they also could have an emotional let down from a big CBHS win. Briarcrest will be up for this game, however I don't think Briarcrest has the defense to stop the MUS high powered offense. Best I've seen in HS Football. Briarcrest could make it interesting early but MUS gets it going and takes care of business.

A win by MUS versus BCS gives the Owls a 23-game winning streak, the longest "non-asterisk" streak in the largest class of Division II since its inception. MBA officially won 31 in a row from 1998 to 2000, but the 23rd win was scored a 1-0 forfeit win over Bolles (FL) after losing 26-3 in Jacksonville (ineligible player).

I hope they move the game to Saturday. Briarcrest hosts a playoff game next week and should avoid tearing up their field Friday night. Briarcrest's "high powered offense" has beat up a number of patsies to get their lofty stats. Let's see how they do against the Owls, who have shown some vulnerability against the pass but still have given up more than 2 TDs only twice this year (S Panola & White Station).
