Any thoughts on Thursdays game? Always a tough/fun game for both schools. Alot of emotion from both sides.

Did anyone else see UT assistant coach Steve Forbes at the game last night? Any clue as to who he might have been watching?

Talked to Coach Forbes. He was there as a fan not scouting anyone. He is the next door neighbor of one of the players.

 

Excellent high school basketball game/atmosphere. Webb executed and hung tough when Tarwater sat with foul trouble. Coach Norris did a fantastic job controlling the pace and style of the game. Webb has an excellent chance to make a good run in the tournament. Catholic didn't shoot the ball very well but I would attribute alot of that to Webb's D and impatience, pressing too much to create offense when they got down. Catholic didn't take advantage in the post when Tarwater was out. Should have gone to Bodewig every time down the court BUT he didn't always finish like he is capable of every time he got a touch. This game should help both teams get ready for tourney play.
