Santa Fe should be a strong contender next year, but you should know most of the teams in 12a are also young. WC only loses one player, Jordan Risner. Loretto only loses one player, a nonstarter. Stown will not lose anybody for a couple more years, being that they have 4 sophomores-Harville, Grooms, Graham & Smith, 3 freshmen-Long, Kilburn & Ferguson, and several strong 8th graders. Good luck to the Lady Eagles in the Region 6a championship! And thanks for such a great season, we are proud of you.

 

Awesome! I didn't realize that such talented teams as WC and Loretto were also so young. Looks like we're set up for more superior competition down the road. Can't wait

Risner seems to be the key to that team from what I've seen in the post-season. If WC is going to be a strong contender other girls are going to have to step it up next year. I think they will though, they have a nice inside gm, and S'town always has a good team. I think both D12-A and D11-A will have some talented teams next year. But GL to S'town and WC in sub-state.
