Does anyone have a prediction for the AAA State Tournament? :confused:

I saw where Science Hill won their district very handly. They are always a threat. Oakland has all of their top 5 back this year and they finished 2nd last year. They would be a good pick if they can survive their region which is probably the toughest in the state. I think Tullahoma and Lawrence Co. could be dark horses. That region will be played at McMinnville CC which is not a very fair course to play a high school region tournament. The best team might not win there. :confused:

Duck, I thought Clarksville finished 2nd in the state last year behind Science Hill? Anyway, I'm gonna go with Science Hill, Clarksville, Oakland.

I will go with Science Hill for obvious reasons, Oakland because they were strong at the Willmore and Tullahoma, who shot -1 as a team at Horton in the district, not a bad score. But as we all know golf is a funny game and all it takes is one good day and you never know.

You're exactly right! Clarksville came in second. Oakland came in third. Oakland lead after the first round and should have won but fell down on the last nine holes.

Hickman County High school led by David King and Grant Leaver with a strong water boy in Kyle Chessor will sweep it all!

i just gotta say i thought that Hickman County High school did a wonderful job in the Regional 4 AAA tournaments and just like my prediction said, HCHS swept the thing. David placed third overall and Grant placed second and the rest of the team played great! Good Job Guys Clarksville you better watch out

However Oakland wil be tough to beat they're good.

I'm putting my money on Oakland. Pettit is the man!!!

Oakland has all of their top 5 back this year and they finished 3rd last year. They they did survive their region which is probably the toughest in the state. Pettit, Provow, Primm, Swift, and Wilcox. This is the third year in a row for these boys. Third time is a charm.

Yea, I agree..Oakland will be tough to beat, but I have to stay loyal to my boys from "The Ville"..I wish all teams the best of luck in the state tournament, especially Fish and J. Brannen. Those two are as special as it gets, they'll give the Oakland boys a good run...Hopefully they can get some help from the supportin cast.

 

Incase no one knows who "The Ville" is..Thats Clarksville High I'm talkin about

GOLFKING is a genius. Hickman County will win state. David King and Grant Leaver are two of the best players in the state. The three other players on the team are ones to watch out for also. There coach Jim Herron is one of the best coaches in high school golf. He will have the troops ready for the state. Everyone watch out.

 

Is Hickman County not AA? :confused:
