District 9A

I thought I'd start a thread so we can hopefully track results since most of the Coaches haven't bothered to post schedules. (No I don't know Cascades before someone says anything).

 

Cascade looked pretty good in their opener against Community winning 8-0. Leigha Carter pitched a 2 hitter with no walks and had solid defense behind her. I think there was only 1 error that I recall. Cascade started 4 freshman and 3 Sophomores. They hit the ball pretty well also.

 

Community had a few girls get a bat on the ball, but the fielding was awful. Reid did a good job on the mound filling in for Goose, but got little defensive support.

 

How did other 9A teams fare?
