This should be a great game, in a great stadium, with a great atmosphere. I hope my wife lets me go to this one lol.

All rankings aside...this one concerns me for GHS...they've done an adequate job against the run but not a great job. Once again THS has a great offensive line and good backs. GHS had trouble stoppi

I don't think Tenn. High wins this one, but Greeneville will have to work for it. I hope Tenn. High wins.

Agreed but Tn High Will have to do the same. The Devils have 2 Qb's and blistering recievers and a back that will mow you over. Devils Have a lot of momentum but so does Tn High. The Devil D will hold and The offense will take Over. Will be hard for Tn High with the Devils Rotating Qb's play by ply and drive by drive. It Will Confuse The Vikes. Greeneville has a lot of speed and i mean lot of speed...Tn High will be a big challenge for the Devils. And Greeneville will be a huge task for tn high.

Im sure the castle will be a rockin. You dont always host a #1 ranked team. Seems the two teams switched rankings from lastyear to this year.

Don't know who is going to win and don't even have any kind of prediction, except I will say that The Stone Castle is one of the most intimidating football fields in Tennessee high school football.

They have tons of talent and tons tons tons of speed at all key positions. Plus the Qb Duo. Willy C is an amazing Qb and can play reciever/Rb, pretty much anything. And Don't forget Stewart our other Qb. The Devils and the Vikings! Another head to head matchup. Split the last two games. Devils shot themselves in the foot lastyear. Lastyear the Vikes were #1 this year the Devils our #1! I know Ballard wld love to come to the Castle and go away with a Big W and he will push the guys all week long. Any Questions about the team Cap? What can we expect from the Vikings?

Go to the Hill vs THS thread... I believe 04' pretty much summed it up. It goes without saying that the Vikings and their coaches respect what Greeneville has don't with their football program... but on that same note, I feel obligated to let you know that we aint scared. ;)

      They've had some great talent over the years. They usually don't whip no one but can be tough to stop on offence.

      Could be a lot of reason from what I’ve seen so far.  The lights wouldn’t turn on at Smyrna last night and had to move games to Blackman could be a reason or maybe he is talking about how on some of the games on NFHS network the camera placement was absolutely asinine. ( had a camera set up right in front of a net and couldn’t see crap)

      If Gordonsville can manage getting through these next 2 games without using him it will be ideal. ER was the last team to not have to pitch their #1 till the state championship i believe. Worked out well for them but they also had one of the best 1A staffs of all time that year. Only allowed one run the whole tournament and it was in the 7th inning.
