Hicks is Corey's first name. For some reason it shows up that way in tournaments but on the Cornell website he is listed as Corey.

They are making fun of Tenn, in a way. The guys on Cornell's team gave him that name when he got up there. They have entered him by that name for a few years now. At least that is what I have heard, I am pretty sure his first name is not "Hicks" lol

His first name is Hicks and they nicknamed him Hicks because some up north thought it fit. He also Qualified for the NCAAs. Congrats Hicks

He's one of my all-time favorite TN wrestlers who just qualified for the NCAA tourney! Son of Tim and Virgina Ann Manson, grandson of Dr. Hicks Corey. A fine young man who has perservered through an ACL injury all season yet continues to battle. Congratulations to the entire Manson family...good luck at the NCAA's.
