Hampton vs. Summertown

Ok. Honestly I believe Stown will win this game. But if they don't I will be glad to eat a little crow over all my smack talk. But you Hampton fans have to be willing to do the same if you lose. Don't be like the D10 fans that talk smack for a week then get swept and we never here from them again.

I Honestly don't think you have a horse in this race. but with that said if Hampton loses it will only be because they beat themselves. I'm telling you I have seen ALOT of b-ball and these Dogs are by far they best I have ever seen. period.

Glazed I think you should be more worried about Clay County. You shouldn't even worry about facing the Hampton Bulldogs until we actually meet. "(IF)"

Good luck to all teams in the tournament I can't wait to watch some more good ball.

Go Dogs!!! GOD Bless!!!

I am thinking about Clay Co for PC. But as long as D12 has a team in this Tournament that's not playing PC, im a fan of theirs as well. You seen alot of Bball and you say Hampton is the best. But just remember that you nor I have seen everyone play so really we are both in the dark.

I'm gonna have to say Hampton wins this one. Every team we've went up against has had a problem trying to defend Nathaniel AND Dylan - along with Jacob and James...not to forget other key players.

I don't see Summertown having the talent that would be required to guard all 5 of our players that will be on the court. Someone is going to be left open at virtually all times, especially if Summertown plays tight on Nathaniel OR Dylan. I've been in contact with a few of the players, filling them in on what I can...

Good luck to both teams either way.

I think you're going to be unpleasantly suprised. Stown's guards are very quick, especially Bubba Clifton and Eli Matthews. Matthews and Chard can light it up from outside and Clifton can blow by ANYBODY whenever he wants to. Their big guys aren't spectacular but they are solid and they crash the boards.

    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
