Siegel wins District 7AAA today at R'dale 8-1.  Great game by AC, Pearson, Lewis.  Congrats on back-2-back district championships! Edit - Holland went yard not Lewis. I always get those bombers mixed up.

Saturday 10 (Loser's Bracket elimination I think), Riverdale vs. Blk/Lav at 12:30; Siegel vs. Oak/Smy 3:30

 

Monday 4:30 and 7 (I believe the winners bracket at 7?)

 

Tues same time, elimination games

 

Wed same time championship games, 2 if necessary.

I was a little unsure of that, myself. That was how the tourney was supposed to have started last year, before they abandoned that format, and played the whole thing at Siegel.

The DNJ has the same as you (Friday games at higher seed). I would like to see a bracket, I am not sure how the games will be played in the losers side of the bracket.

 

EDIT - Received a message (from Coach Reavis) that the Friday games are supposed to be at Siegel!

Oakland 15 Smyrna 6 Smyrna pitchers had a tough start giving up 8 in the bottom of the first, then battled back in a marathon game.

 

Riverdale's dirt kickers took a 3-0 lead into the bottom of the 7th.... a single and two run dead center 380 plus bomb by Brennan Pearson followed by an error and a second two run bomb by David Kosinski give the Stars the win. Wow. Great defense on both sides.... Riverdale burns King in a fantastic effort.
