I believe this team would be 2-1 right now if we had our starting qb. We dont have a passing game right now, and teams know that and are just loading the box to stop our run.

The only bad thing is when he does come back, we will be playing teams like Powell, OR, and AC....so yes, its gonna be a long year.

 

Before the season started i thought this team would go 5-5...now, we will be lucky to win 1 or 2 games at most. Could be a 0-10 yr, who knows?

 

As long as this team keeps giving it 100% and doesnt give up like they did in the DB game, thats all i ask for. Good luck and Go Dragons!

I think the QB coming back will give us a bigger boost than most think but i would still say HV by a couple of scores.

This is a heart breaker! I really feel for Clinton in this one. Hardin Valley is a really rough one for Clinton this week. In fact Hardin Valley will be tough for any team this year to beat. Wish Clinton quarterback was returning this week but that would not pull out win. Each week I listen to the game Clinton offense just goes backward not sure if its me or not. When I tune in they have negative yardage so I tune out, quickly. Not sure if it is the Coach? Hope not, that is for sure. But it is a first year but they need to show some progress too! Anyways there is always a glimmer of hope. Go Dragons! No need to predict on this one.

Ive heard through the grapevine that Clinton is changing things up for this HV game. I guess they're just trying anything to try to get things rolling. We will see I guess.

You have to be careful "changing things up". When you have a young team and you start 0-3, then the coaches change everything they've been selling since day 1. The players start to think maybe these coaches don't know what they're doing. Because you know when these kids get home, the mommies and daddies are telling them the coaches don't have a clue. Pretty soon there is too much negativity to overcome and you end up 0-10. I've seen this happen many times. Hopefully they are not changing their schemes three games in and they are just changing some personell.

Clinton fought hard and gave it all they had. Trailing just 7-0 at half. I am proud of the effort but they just ran out of gas .

This team will get better. GO DRAGONS!
