Watson vs Tate should be interesting, with Zach's flexibility and "Oki State style" and Tate's ability to control ties and "Iowa style". Both are STUDS, maybe the best two kids on the state regardless of age. Possible meetings at Cleveland Duals, Fandetti, or State. Though I feel Tate is deserving of his ranking for his performance at Fargo, I have to go with Watson by 5-6 points. It will come down to a take down battle and Zach is very slick. Match of the year for me. Dont hate me Garret.

Josh,

We are all entitled to an opinion, I can't hate you for that! If the match happens then it should indeed be fun. It is rare that we have two wrestlers of that skill level go at it inside the TN boarder... heck it is rare we have two wrestlers that are at the level those two are at inside the state, let alone them being at / around the same weight. You can scratch at least one of the potential meetings from your list... CBHS is not attending the Fandetti Brawl this year. Cleveland Duals could happen but I am sure we will have to work our way through Cleveland in our pool again (I love that match) and then see where things end up. I would imagine that if they see each other more than once that each match would be different as they make adjustments from the previous match.

I havent had many chances to see the young Mr Robinson wrestle but from what I hear he is a real stud. I would have to say I was a little suprised not to see Mr Watson ranked. Im sure they probably take free style into consideration when making this list which I dont think Watson does much if any. Robinsons results at Fargo are certainly impressive but we must rememeber this is age based. Mr watson is not a 15 year old. I agree with Bosken and think Watson wins this handily with his style and unique attributes. No knock on Robinson as I have only seen him wrestle twice but I dont see a sophmore from Tennessee beating Watson. My prediction, Watson by 5-6 pts and then Robinson goes to 120 or 132 for the state. Not sure who will be at 120 but 132 might be a tough road to a championship as well. I definitley want to see this match up.

Is it true that Baker (CBHS) is also going to be at 138? If true which of the 3 come out on top?

Even with best out of ten, It's One of those, "on any given day" things. Very very close! Bet NOT one them will run though! Lopez & Lewis both fine young men. also,,, Bcb may finally snatch that Gold VIA another fine young man in 2012!!! Best of luck/skills to Jack Boone!
