Glad to see you back coach! A couple things...Ive heard a ton of good things about Clevelands 106 freshman, heard he was the real deal! Can't wait to see him bang. I couldve sworn Schuch graduated like three years ago haha, every year I see his name and every year hes right there at the end, really tough kid. O.o 145 is absolutely stacked this year, awesome!

Also good luck to everybody represented at Super32 this weekend! Bring some gold home and rep TN well boys!

  • 4 weeks later...

Can't wait to watch Austin Woods and Grayson Mullin, may be the match of the year. Both seeking their first title, both class acts, too bad they both can't win it. I wonder If one will drop or bump?

Other one as candidate for match of the year: Turbo Smith vs Aaron Lopez... Talk about fireworks, two greco masters, should be awesome! Wouldn't be surprised if Father Ryan transfer, Dylan Wright made some noise at 145 as well. Wright, talent wise may not be up to par with Lopez or Smith, but is a very capable wrestler...would not put an upset past him by any means.

Not usually a fan of the heavier weights. I make the mistake of stereotyping them as football players with little technique...NOT 182!!! Arguably the most exciting weight of all Shrader, Henry, and Jones, three entertaining big guys for sure! Hoping to see Shrader get his first, but Henry has proven to be a force. Should be interesting! :popcorneater:

Coach, I know i don't see a lot of DI action on the west side of tn but i would like to think Knox Strawn of bartlett is a "one to watch" as he is a senior who is dominating the district right behind reginald Adams. Knox is a strong, fast, and agile 145 with heart and knows it is his senior so he has to make some noise. i would not hesitate to say he could pull an upset or two at state if he gets the right matchups.

    • The gustatory amalgamation of succulent pork chops juxtaposed with verdant greens indeed evokes a sensory delight. Clint's narrative, imbued with the ethos of resilience, navigated the tumultuous waters of the 1980s with commendable fortitude. As for the prospective successor to the coaching helm, the mention of esteemed mentor Nick Saban's absence prompts a discerning hesitation towards alternative candidates, for excellence is the sole criterion deemed worthy of emulation.  Pray, may I inquire as to your esteemed identity? Are you perchance a luminary within the domain of coaching, endowed with unparalleled wisdom and insight?
