RedSwarm10
PI Article Don't take this the wrong way, but if Priddy thinks this Ridgeway team was one of the best teams HC has EVER played...he has lost his mind. Way to jump the gun in the article, too. The semi-final monkey hasn't gone anywhere as of yet. One of the best teams we've ever faced? Yeah, that's definitely quite a stretch. One of the most talented teams we've ever faced? I could see a legit argument for that. Not sure how he "jumped the gun", though. He plainly mentions our semi final history, and our lack of success against sumner county. Not sure what your problem was with that part. cfi2fly
Well ridgeway also talked about how soft our schedule was and they are getting ready for basketball. They too only lost to 2 6A teams and a nationally ranked top 20 team from dallas. Schedules don't mean anything this deep in the playoffs. Ridgway's Schedule was also soft, 79th softest or hardest, either way you look at it 79th, and your 88th are a far cry from 9th. Go Commandos Oh look, it's another one of "these" guys. Just make sure everyone finds there way to Paris friday night, because once it happens, you can throw your schedule out the window. The better team is going to win Friday night. I'm not saying it's for sure going to be us, but I do like our chances.

Go Commandos Yeah, one of those guys! And if you really want to follow your own argument, Ridgeway has the 28th toughest schedule and Hendersonville has the 21st toughest. Man, that's a huge difference! I think Hendersonville may have an advantage here! So check out the link, its really interesting. CoachT strength ratings are inaccurate, but the Massey rating system is pretty spot on... Look here

Go Commandos fly, Before you blister your fingertips telling us how bad our schedule/district is, please refer to Page 4, 3rd post on this string. You can also refer back to all other weeks this season and read the same concerns our competitors have had on this subject. We are very accustomed to y'all's concern about our weak schedule/district. We are not at all sensitive about our weak schedule/district. In the next 48 hours, Red Warrior can illuminate for you why our weak schedule/district will have no impact on the level of play you will witness this Friday in Paris. Now, if you'd like to post some Facts, rather than references to subjective strength of schedule opinions, we are all ears. Examples of Facts would be: 1 The St. Louis Cardinals won the World Series despite playing in the weakest division 2 The combined record of the teams who've beaten Ridgeway is now 45-1 3 When a receiver gets hit by a Patriot in the open field, that receiver is not interested in receiving any more passes for that game (he should be fine for the next game which, in this case, will be next year) 4 When receivers lose interest in receiving, rushing becomes an important aspect of the game 5 Rushing is not a very good strategy against Henry County 6 More concerns will be posted about our weak schedule/district by those who want it to be a valid issue Edited November 23, 2011 by FactsOnly

Red Warrior
The only thing exciting about this match up is that it's in round four...this will be no contest. Except for an errant kickoff when up 21-0, we would have won by 40+ last week. This game will not be close. As I have said all along, we will NOT be tested until round three or four...well, in a rare instance...I am wrong...we will POSSIBLY be tested in round five. Make your reservations for the title game, and size up for your rings...I know you have to play the games...but the fat lady has begun to sing. I learned to do that a few weeks ago from a guy from Gallatin. Works great.
