Are you sure Libby is just a freshman?!? She's been playing 16U travel ball for years, hasn't she? As old as her dad is, I'm sure she must be a junior or senior by now!

I played volleyball with Libby's dad when she was just a twinkle in his eye...I know how old she is, too! Our daughters have taken catching lessons together from Doe. That was just a little humor aimed his way since he posts on here from time to time. Fortunately, he has a good sense of humor, and recognizes my sarcasm...sorry if you didn't. Good luck to you this year. I'm sure you are thrilled to have Libby on your team, as you should be.

Libby Suggs will no doubt have impact on the Franklin High School softball team. She's a big time hitter and a smart catcher who has game sense. I've seen her hit at Eric Brewer's many times and watched her play for the Fury 14U and her tryouts for Worth 96. She will be awesome.

Boomer Sooner - Sorry I picked up on this late. It's great to read your post. I always enjoy your humor and hope you aim more my way! Hope your lovely daughter is doing well. Libby is one of many freshman throughout the state who hope to contribute to their respective teams. Good luck to all of the players and coaches this season.
