Cool thing is trader, we've got a freshman lefty now that's gonna win some games as well. At least that's cool for us.

yeah,I've been hearing a "little" about him too(ha!).Actually glad we've got someone as good as Riverside to show us "how good is good".Scotts Hill has the program heading tn the right direction, and I believe to be good it takes good competition.Hope we can give y'all some close games this year, and good luck this season!

Of those I've seen pitch I'd have to say Gant has the best combination of velocity and break/movement. I saw Ring pitch against Eagleville last year and he was extremely good and loved to pitch inside which is rare in HS ball. He also changed up his location and pitch selection as the game went on showing he is a thinker as well (realizing the catcher has a lot to do with it). I also like Smith from Eagleville as he locates his fastball well, has really good movement on his breaking balls and change of speed on his changeup and he is cerebral as well. I'm thinking Ring has a knuckle ball as well that's pretty good but that may be another pitcher I'm thinking about.

Ring has a very good fastball with a very good change up.

Heard Ring looked dominating yesterday in the 3 or 4 innings he threw against Spring Hill.

No doubt that Ring, Rice, and Adams are 3 of the best in Middle Tennessee.

Rice looked really good yesterday against Brentwood and picked up the win. He gave up 8 hits and had 9 strikeouts. He also was hitting the mid 80's.

Nice!!!

I hate that B-Ray can't pitch his Sr season. I really feel that he would be mentioned in this thread along with the pitchers already listed.

Thanks. He has lost down to 195 and working out like a mad man. Physically he is in great shape. I was looking forward to watching him play this season. He is able to play 3rd still but playing with some pain. IDK about his future. He just wants to play out senior year.

North Greene;s Tyler Bailey, a sophomore, pitched a perfect game yesterday against Gatlinburg Pittman. It is thought to be North Greene's first perfect game ever. He threw 3 no hitters last year as a freshman. Don't know if this makes him one of the best but it is something special. I suspect he will get some attention. Way to go to Tyler and North Greene.

    • Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.
    • I think this goes on a lot more than most people know, maybe not finishing an entire geometry class in 90 minutes. This situation seems special.
    • Clint and Blake sitting at home right now after Sunday service having a family discussion.   Pork Chops and Greens on the menu, and maybe some cookies and milk for a snack later.   Clint probably told him he sucked and ruined the legacy, and would be right.   The next HC sits in MJ, but wears blue, JMO.
