Chattanooga Christian slipped by Signal Mt 3-1 after trailing for quite a while and having few hits for the game. Bledsoe was ahead 6-1 of Chattanooga Christian last I saw, CCS's defense fell apart but that's part of it and they weren't hitting well in that one either.

On another note from the game, Bledsoe Co. pitcher Faith Forgey went down after pitching, said she felt a pop in her back. Was taken on a stretcher and ambulance to T.C. Thompson.

Walker Valley beats Rhea and Ooltewah tonight and earns birth to Regions. Soddy and Walker Valley play tomorrow night for home field in Regions.

Marion County beat Whitwell 11-0 in 5 innings in the winners bracket final yesterday...

Soddy 6 Walker Valley 0. Hooper did not start the game for Walker Valley. Walker tried to rest her but after falling behind 6 runs she entered in the 3rd and pitched 4 innings with only 1 hit. Great game for Nunely also. She pitched very good. Great district tournament , congrats Soddy!
