Split with CCS this week, only district loss. Lost Monday despite allowing 4 hits, with a good pitching performance by Frederick. Came back the next day, had good hitting, pitching and defense in an 11-0 win, Hudson allowed one hit. I think Grundy has only 1 district loss, Sequatchie still has 2 vs Yellow Jackets and 2 vs Signal.

Grundy won 5-1 tonight at home, both teams have 2 losses in the district. Grundy scored 3 with two outs in the bottom of the second on some good hits, added two more later. Seq. had only an infield single as far as hits until the sixth when they got on the scoreboard with a solo home run. Indians had 2 hits to lead off the top of the seventh but Grundy got out of it with strikeouts. Grundy had quite a few called third strikes it seemed like including to end the game. Each team still has a pair of tough district games left, Seq with Signal Mt and Grundy with Notre Dame so things aren't settled yet in the district tournament standings.
