Just wish they had a better way to get consolation placers. If you lose a match in round robin matches then you cant place higher than 5th. For example, @ 106 Navarro and McClure both lost in round robin, but McClure has already beaten the Scottboro kid this year head up and Navarro has beaten McClure three time now. Now i understand that Shankles from Scotts may beat them head up as with any match but we did not get to find out...

well, to be honest i dont know. It had to be one of the top four placers bc they were the pool winners. So that being said, 1 of them COULD have lost to Shankles in a pool. I was just trying to make a point that there is not really a consolation bracket to work this stuff out.

Shankles beat Mcclure 8-4 in the pool. Mcclure did beat Shankles at Bradley and was trailing 8-2 at the time Shankles was caught and pinned. Shankles did beat Navarro at Fandetti last year but they did not see each other at Bradley. I agree Murphy and Navarro were in the wrong pool.
