Oak Ridge 2013 Schedule?

I doubt that can be true but I hope you're right. What that would mean is over 60 freshmen. That's impossible. I must have miscounted.

It's true.Maybe a few not working out because of vacations and basketball on some days. Numbers are very high.

That's pretty amazing. I doubt they will all stick around but it's a good place to start.

I stopped at the buddy's BBQ in oak ridge on the way to work and saw an article about the football team on the wall. Gaddis certainly seems confident in this team, in the article he said " I will be shocked if we lose a single game this year"

That's part of the Gaddis magic. The team and the community know the Cats are supposed to be in a big rebuilding year, BUT coach is convincing everyone we are not that far off. Very good athletes that didn't play football under Blade are back. Money is being raised. He has done it everywhere he has been. Coach is a program builder. With Oak Ridge tradition, past winners dying to see it come back, and a motivated Joe Gaddis - the future is bright!

 

And the sixty or so freshmen, about thirty-five or so can actually play. Man, I can't wait for football season.

Did you read the whole article? That one line is taken out of context. He has lots of faith in his players, though. That was said when he thought he had his staff in place, too. Lol. Sorry to bring it up again, but.......

So are you saying that he really believes they we won't lose a game or he's just trying to sound confident? I honestly can't imagine us not losing a game. In fact I expect us to lose three or four.

I hope you're right but I still think the staff is important. I'm hearing that two of the coaches he's trying to hire have been with him for most of the last 15 years, but I don't know how accurate that is.
