Sommers
Any News/results out of the Youngest New Hot Bed for wrestling in Tn? Last year there were some fine grudge matches both individually & team. With new talent coming up, feeders developing and some getting resurrected, + coaches rotating around like Seamon, Trickk, BJ Malone, Al Morris Jr, and Hamm... I see a resurgence overall with several teams not just a WC, Blackman, Cookeville, MJ, or Siegel... AGAIN, ANY UPDATES?
Sommers
My four boys wanted me to throw some kudos to Gonyea's fine progress in rebuilding his bulldogs!
Sommers
Congrats to coach Cook & his cookeville cavaliers on their strong slamfest finish!! How'd Smyrna do out east? Blackman went 2-2 at Cleveland with wins over two out of state teams including Lafayette Ga & a close one with McCallie by
CoachGonyea
Smyrna is getting more competitive... Not where we want to be yet... But headed in the right direction. We did pretty good despite missing two starters due to ACT. We brought home two medals and finished 18th in that tough field of 33 teams. Sommers
Wilson Central will get a little test tonight against Indy. The tri-match should IMO add three more to their 16-0...
Sommers
Indy didn't sneak up on WC did they? Smyrna represented Region 5 well tonight against a strong Region 7 challenge!

BringBack119
Indy is really down this year. I have seen them suffer a few bad team loses to some unlikely competitors. Scoring 16 against Wilson Central and their strong line up their bringing this year is a success for Indy. Indy is not the team everybody is used too from the past few years. I would like to see Wilson Central wrestle some of the top teams like Father Ryan, Cleveland, etc. and see how they stack up. Coach Kramer has a tough young group over there. Sommers
COOKEVILLE & region VI FRANKLIN will be another good test. HERITAGE? I say WC may likely stay unbeaten in duals. Matchups against SD this weekend will be interesting. You never know what will happen when the new post season begins in late Jan & Feb.
