The attention is probably based in the fact that these are two of the most storied and consistently successful programs in Tennessee in the last 30 years. Also, they are cross-town rivals which always adds some excitement and anticipation. I've attended a few of these over the years, and these are some enthusiastic people! Also, the fact that until last season, the Bears had run off a string of consecutive wins over the Raiders that went back 15 or 16 years makes the seeming turning of the tide a little more interesting.
