138 Nick Patton beats Ezra Taylor of Cleveland by fall in 5:48 and then beats the #3 seed Austin Williamson of Soddy Daisy 5-4...will face Jake Sahutske next from Beech

no disprespect to Hackett but when you look at who he has lost to this year this is a huge upset. i also think lazano winning was a bit of an upset but give Beech credit they are on a role today

yeah he has lost some sloppy matches but you consider that Hackett worked really hard this off season so I believe yes it was a upset but Hackett works really hard so you knew it would pay off in the off season

A win against a state champ and 2x state placer is a major upset IMO. He caught Stevison in a 5 point throw and then Stevison didnt get all his near fall points at the end to tie it up. It was an exciting match that I thought was going into OT. Hackett was wrestling very good and Beech has looked impressive so far.
