How strong will the IMAC be this coming year.

Recommended Posts

Bears should improve. Maryville & Bearden will make them better. 3 years of solid football players coming, should be fun. Imac is generally weak!

Will Maryville beat Bears everytime? That is the $$???

Go Bears

You guys scare the heck out of me when we play you guys. I figure you guys well be solid as always.... Good program and Coach Brewer is a class act.....

West and Jeff both bring a lot back, but until West figures out how to consistently defend Sevier Co's spread attack I don't see them getting over the hump and beating Sevier for the IMAC title. Jeff has a lot of weapons on offense but they're extremely 1 dimensional, West had 8 or 9 in the box every snap against them and i think they completed 2 passes for 15 yards. But after the top 3 the IMAC is looking to have a pretty down year, Cherokee lost most of their starters to graduation including the best player they've ever had in Ty Ryans, Mo. East and Seymour are coming off dismal seasons, South Doyle was much improved last year but they were also senior heavy, and I don't see Cocke County getting any better.

Week 9 ought to be interesting with sevier co traveling to Jeff co.last year was one of the most exciting games I have seen in awhile.don't know how Jeff co got this one at their place again after having it at home last year?with sevier playing DB,and marryville if they win both they could be ranked 2nd or 1 in the state when they travel to Jeff co.

West does have problems with the spread. When I think of Morristown West, I think of physical play.

It's normally just pass heavy spread attacks. They've been able to hold Greeneville's run-heavy spread attack down the past few years, but Sevier, and Tennessee High really exposed them last year, even Cherokee was able to keep it close in both meetings with their passing attack. West has a good group coming back in the secondary next year though, I'm sure Coach Brown has a plan to keep the passing attacks under wrap this year.

    • Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.
    • I think this goes on a lot more than most people know, maybe not finishing an entire geometry class in 90 minutes. This situation seems special.
    • Clint and Blake sitting at home right now after Sunday service having a family discussion.   Pork Chops and Greens on the menu, and maybe some cookies and milk for a snack later.   Clint probably told him he sucked and ruined the legacy, and would be right.   The next HC sits in MJ, but wears blue, JMO.
    • Report from Kodak was the RV isn't ready to load on back.   Working on option offense now because "he can do it all" like his dad.   Zebra had enough had to call a timeout and head on back early for some weekend work down in the Och.   @Sackmaster50 doing running the dance circuit winning titles on the weekend, needs to talk to the boss and get the schedule figured out.
