Yeah, i noticed Higgins was practicing with the varsity the other day. Should be interesting.

I'm glad to see renewed excitement about Oak Ridge football. I drive through Oak Ridge occasionally and have seen the huge numbers at practice and lots of people there watching. That's good for the city. It's been a long time since Oak Ridge won a football title, which got me thinking about other sports at the school. When was the last time a team won a state title in Oak Ridge other than cross country or track, which is a sport I follow? I can't really think of any since maybe girls basketball.
