I know that this football season has just begun and this is a little of topic but I don't believe I'm the only one that has noticed Sequatchie's middle school making noise over the last couple of years. If SC fans could enlighten me, I would like to ask you guys if the talent from the middle school has come to the high school or have they made their departures to bigger attractive schools? Just was curious to know, in all seriousness I hope you guys can hang on to them and have a good 3 to 4 years out of those players to get SC football back to where its used to being.

As far as I know none went to other schools and most are on the high school roster now, from the past couple of seasons. There appeared to be some interest from a school or two in Chattanooga, or at least from some overeager parents risking violations, but they were turned down.

That's good to hear. I want all the teams in the valley to get back to competitive form. I heard the rumors from a friend that's stays pretty informed with all things Sequatchie County
