Turnovers are the only reason marion didn't win this game. Zeman had like 250 yards. Central has a good team congrats to them but I think they know they stole one tonight.

Football, you guys had the ball with 10 seconds on the clock at the 5 and got inside the 5 with 5 seconds left thanks to some ghost calls. The right team and yes the better team won. You guys blew your chances in the first half. To many mistakes on your parts. Pounders won.

One man show...but zeman never busted a long score. Got run down from behind..it is called not letting one man beat u. Central was the better team.had 3 or 4 backs that gashed Mc defense the second half probanly for 200 yards...less turn overs...less penalties. And most importantly more points!!!

Marion out gained central by over 150 yards and central 90 in the first and 160 in the 2nd half

Have to be able to hit more than 50% from inside the 10, Mac knows what he was doing, surely he knew something we didnt

 

 

Have you seen him kick the past two years? not even close to automatic from that range

Coach Mac makes the decisions, that is his job.  With the way the guys were handling the ball tonight, NOTHING was automatic.  Now as far as the kickers stats, so far this year he is 9 for 13 on PATs.  Of the 4 misses, 3 were either blocked or deflected and the 4th never made it on to the kicking block.  Yea that length kick everyone thinks should be 'automatic', until you add in factors like the pressure of it being your FIRST game deciding feild goal attempt (only 3rd FG attempt ever).  Then as you are trying to calm your nerves for the attempt your team fumbles the ball with less than 2 minutes left.  Just as you start to calm down thinking you aren't going to kick, your team gets the ball back and works it down to the 2-yard line with 5 seconds left.  STILL want to say it should be 'automatic'?

You Marion guys that say the best team lost kill me.  Don't ruin a good game by coming up with that crap.  Zeeman is a great player no doubt.  I don't know total yards for either team..and don't care.  Central won and the score shows it.  We got just as many calls we didn't agree with as Marion.  Good game on both sides.  Also..don't second guess your coach not making a call to run instead of kick.  He knows whats going on lots better than us fans.

Marion is a good team. Grace Christian and possibly Trousdale are the only two teams in the east that could beat them.

sorry ambassador there not as solid as you guys keep pushing. Say what ever but Whitwell drove the ball at will and self destructed before scoring every time they had the ball. Jaspers first 3scores was gimmys against whitwell. Just saying......
