Great defensive game. I think both teams went home with a lot more respect for each others defenses. Like I said before you just don't have to worry about 2 players on ND's defense. It was a total team effort to slow down Signals offense. I had a great time talking with the chain crew during the game. They are good men. One of them was #15's father I do believe. Both teams played with a lot of class the whole evening. I'll be keeping #76 in my prayers. I hope he gets well enough to be able to play the rest of the year. Good teams take advantage of turnovers and Signal capitalized on ND's mistakes. Hats off to Coach Price and his staff. Hope they make a deep run in the playoffs. Thank you Signal for making us feel welcome and your great hospitality. P.s. I'm very proud of my son #64 d-line/o-line. He plays both ways and had to play the whole game. Love you son and I'm very proud of you. Let's go get Polk.

Well said CB! I was concerned about 55 and Troll was too as he showed up within seconds of him falling out. Your son played well, you have a lot to be proud of!!! Sorry we didn't meet but I have pictures of your son in action. If you would like them just let me know. I was on SM side line taking pictures. Someday  we will meet. It was #12 father on the chains.

I truly look forward to it. It was a good game had by all. You all make sure you beat Greenville. Talk later. Thanks for the compliments about my son.

Just got back from mowing the field.  Probably the last time this year.

I think the leprechauns' bodily fluids on the field may keep it green a little while longer.

There sure were a lot of green mouthpieces scattered on the field. teeheeju9.gif

 

JV game tomorrow.  Guess we'll see who has the best new recruits.  redthumb.gif:thumb:

 

Don't worry.  We will still play you when you go Division II. :mrgreen:

      We are optimistic because we will have another great season. You should keep your opinions on your Forrest Rocket board. These kiddos at Marion have had an amazing off season. They are working hard and it is showing. Coach TStark is getting these kids scholarships to get their college for free. Also Coach Harm is back so this is another awesome thing for our kiddos. Forrest will get theirs when they come to Bill Baxter Stadium this season. My main men Sam, Tay and Tilton are going to do amazing things this season. You should just watch and see what these kiddos are capable of doing. The Marion County Warriors are a force to be reckoned with again this year. East Robertson will be a good team again but that is the only big challenge this team will have again. If we can beat East Robertson like I know we can then we will go to the state championship and win the game. As always it is a great day to be a warrior. Go Warriors! We are Marion!

      The player is only able to go because of the coach who is his dad. The dad is a recruiter not a good coach. HC blamed him for losing the Clinton game in the playoffs.
