Region 2 AAA- District 3 and District 4

Farragut is the best team. Maryville and Heritage and Bearden are very close for 2-4. William Blount has a chance to sneak up and beat someone on any given night.

The district is very competitive this year. Bearden could challenge Farragut and Maryville to make a run at the tournament title. Heritage is struggling right now. I wouldn't be completely shocked to see Hardin Valley or WB upset them come tournament time.

Powell will win 3-AAA. They may beat the #4 seed from 4-AAA, but I look for it to be a sweep otherwise. I don't think Powell will win more than one game in the Region tournament, if they even win the first one.

Even though it looks like Powell lost by 1 to Farragut, I like Maryville and Farragut to come out of that region. That region should be very interesting.

Bearden could make a run if coach uses his post and goes inside out - they look like last years Farragut team with 3 seniors playing against each other - no chemistry

Well coach has always focused on one player , I will let you guess who it is, should not be hard to figure out. I would think the other two seniors are kinda tired of playing in the shadow, of a player who shoots all the time and never gives assist to others on team. Only thing that changed from last years team is the coach lost the best point guard he had to Farragut, lol and Farragut has beaten him twice. Hopefully they will beat Bearden again if they meet up! District teams have also figured out , play Walsh really tight and you got Bearden  Go Lady Ads!!!!

Believe what you must but I think Bearden is far more than one player. If the other district teams think Bearden will automatically fall just by playing Walsh tight so be it. I will tell you this though, for a team who is 22-6 with 5 losses coming by a combined 11 pts count them out if you want too. You might just be surprised. There is talent on that team besides Walsh. No they didn't win the regular season and probably thought there record would be a little better at this point in the season but I do expect them to compete and compete hard in this district tournament.

You go girl, preach it.  Combined 11 points,  oh yeah the 6th loss was to Maryville by 16 points, lets not forget that one.
