No, they aren't a member of the TSSAA. They play in the MTAC (Middle Tennessee Athletic Conference).

 

However, they do schedule up pretty well. Of the 12-13 games they have had so far, 8-9 of them have been against AAA tssaa schools.

Lighthouse 'Christian?'  Daaang, they rollin', ain't they?  Hmmm...coach is Vic Wharton, but who's their recruiter, quizlo?  I need this info 'cause I'm tryin' to hook up somebody's nephew/cousin who's lookin' to come to the US and play soma dat unsanctioned high school/AAU ball and beat the dog outta them public schools that try to play fair and by the rules.  Holla back, please...

Ahh yes, Lighthouse isn't in the TSSAA, so obviously they must be cheating since they are playing well. You seem to have it all figured out.

 

Ask people who know specifically what's going on at Lighthouse, and you'll find out that there's all kinds of shady things happening in their relentless pursuit of becoming an athletic powerhouse in Tennessee... oh wait, that's absurd and not even remotely close to who they are... but whatever

Wow, that really amazes me that folks are so crazy "hatin'" on just a hard working bunch of kids and a coach. Really? You see  an article in the Tennesean where the kids are honest kids, with good grades, work their tails off , have a lot of faith, and the majority of them going to LCS since elementary, and somehow it's like they're accused of being like crazy antioch basketball mafia? really? Watched them play the other night against MBA and it was a solid, fast paced, shooting the lights out game! lots of fun, lots of talent. lots of great defense! The responses on the board here began as "best kept secrets in mid-state" and it should have been, "who's under the radar that we can POUNCE on for doing well."  sad day.  I'm always glad to see a great group of hs kids work hard, work together, work as brothers and succeed whether  they are from my favorite school or not! Why not be happy for a bunch of kids! really!

 

And BTW....they are not a SECRET anymore!
