one of the worst things about pc is there fans even if they win there not happy always talking about players honestly no coach is going to be good enof for there horrible fans.

As with every team (even LA), when you win, all is good. When you lose, people point fingers. That wasn't really nice to call PC fans horrible, now was it?

Nonsence! Pickett Co has always had GREAT coaches ...Coach Mitchell state champions 1990, Mike Buck, State Champions 1995, Eric Mitchell, and Greg Bibb and that is why it is so hard to watch a coach with NO experience, substitute constantly and never lets the team get into a flow. He never makes adjustments when a team is scoring on the same play over and over and over. Last year he was loaded with talent and and had a losing record. He sits last years top scorer in the district most of the game as well. The worst thing about LA fans is how jealous they become when a school a third their size beats them.

      I have no idea who your team is, but Memphis and other Shelby Co. schools have hardly made a dent, if you’re talking Game 15 appearances. Outside of a couple by Whitehaven, I can’t recall the last team in a final.

      Robbed you guy at a chance of 3 state championships. You never kne,sond best team in the west my have beat you also,but you sure deserved the chance to play um.

      Eagleville also loses Brown the catcher, Lamb CF, Mclemore RF (Heck of an athlete) and Drew the 1st baseman. They will be young.

      Good thing we aren’t in Florida then huh? It would benefit a ton of the smaller schools  that don’t have the pools of kids to choose from! They should start by policing Shelby County like they do the rest of the state! Something has to change though and TSSAA knows that!

      Correct, you can whimsically be fired in coaching. A coach that has tenure can stay on as a teacher if released from coaching. If you don’t have tenure as a teacher, you can fired without cause. Your last year as a teacher before tenure is earned you can be fired, but must be given cause. A tenured teacher can be fired, but it is a long hard process requiring the 3 D’s…. documentation, documentation and documentation. I have released 3 tenured teachers, 2 with PHD’s. However, teacher contracts had and still have clauses that state you can be fired for a variety reasons re: being arrested, public drunkenness, inappropriate relationships ect.
