A young Westview team proved you wrong tonight defeating Bolivar 61-54. They shot 18 for 21 from the free throw line which was the difference in the game. Their sophomore class is very talented and will only get better!

Saw the score of the Milan vs Jackson S. Side...had to ask.  Did Milan run a stall to keep the score that low. Looks like the final was 29-13?  Curious from White House.

Yes. They knew they would not be able to run with Southside so they played stall ball.

Interesting,thanks.  It does still happen in high school bball. Maybe that is the approach we(White House Heritage) should have taken in the first round of regionals vs Pearl Cohn.  ehhh the world will never know.

Lexington up 44-36 over Westview start of the 4th quarter

Lexington knocks off Westview tonight 72-57. Lexington surprised me not subbing one time the entire game. When they get a little deeper, they are not going to be very successful with just five players playing. However, hard fought game by both teams. Westview is a young team that has a very bright potential. They were led in scoring by sophomore Garrett Sams with 31 points and sophomore Justin Johnson with 13 points. For a team that started the season 1-11, I would say Westview put on a good run to finish the season. The future is bright for this group!
