MTSN
The Middle Tennessee Sports Network is once again covering the Commando Classic tournament at Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville. Today is the last day. This morning, we wrap up pool play coverage with Mt. Juliet and Lincoln County starting around 9:15 AM. Then, we'll move over to Field #5 for the duration of the single-elimination tournament. Watch this topic, because when we get to the knockout stage, I'm going to post the next game that we'll be covering as the single-elimination tournament goes on. I anticipate the single-elimination tournament to start around 12:30. All the action will be available for listening at MTSNOnline.com. We have had some issues this week with the signal on our Internet connection dropping out (the signal at DCP isn't the best), so, if that happens, be patient, and we'll reconnect. MTSN
There will be no title game. Gibbs has won. Thanks for keeping me company throughout the day.
Ace1
Why was there not a title game and if so, how was Gibbs declared the winner?
watchinmysoftballgirl
According to some parents from the sparkman team from alabama they said a new rule put in place this year they cannot play after midnight on saturday nights. the games were running behind to that would have put them playing past midnight. that being said i think thats full of crap. I have never heard of anything or rule. I think they were too scared to play gibbs and made that crap up and let wilson central play instead Edited March 16, 2014 by watchinmysoftballgirl
