logcabinman
Any spring scrimmages scheduled for 5AA, or spring updates ? McMinn Central will be going to a 3 way scrimmage at Midway. I think Wartburg will be there. MC should have a solid club this year. Who else feels good about their program in 5-AA?

logcabinman
Does Central have much speed coming back? They return a good core. The lose #32 Johnson and #26 on defense, that is it! #26 rotoated so defense will be solid. They lose #5 Boyd on offense, but have a powerful RB that will be a sophmore. He has the potential to be really good. Key players will be in the upcoming senior group #8 Bull came into his own last year at corner, #9 Davis can run, catch, play RB, and FB. He was 2nd leading tackler on the team last year and in the top #15 in Chattanooga and Knoxville defensively (Big Hitter). #15 Nicholes big hitter and solid. #24 Knight should be a STUD this year at DE. Dahle leading receiver and experienced corner. They will have good speed but more power. O-Line was young last year and will be solid. #54 Roach will be the anchor to the line. #28 Runkles will be missed from a personal point of view. Who does the rest of the district teams have returning? Edited April 30, 2014 by logcabinman
ChiefStrong
Sequoyah has a transfer from Central Chancellor is his name. I believe he plays LB. We only have a couple starters returning we lost 10 starters on offense and 8 on defense.

Charlie Murphy
Polk scrimmaged Tyner yesterday evening. (5/1/14) They looked about the same as every other Polk team that I have watched in Spring scrimmages. It was 1-1 in the "10 plays and out" format. (2 posessions each) and 1-0 PC in the down and distance format with the 1's. Edited May 2, 2014 by Charlie Murphy
