WOW... look like a great night for football.... Halloween.... Trick or Treat........I guess I will root for the Cavs that will give the Trojans a second place finish.... possibly a home game somewhere in the playoffs maybe?

Hard to believe a 9-0 team visits a 8-1 team with the district championship on the lineand gets that officiating crew. Disgraceful!  Missed (or ignored) several face mask tackles, overruled an interception, called a fumble after the runner bounced twice in the ground, and I could go on.  Did not affect the outcome, but both teams deserved better officiating in such an important game.

 

Crockett looked like they might blow the game open at halftime, but Westview battled very hard in the second half.  They gave a great effort but were just overmatched this time around.

the int in the 1st half that was waived off...that was a bad call...the very 1st flag of the game for unneccessary roughness after the qb slid down was a joke too...other than that...id pray for games called by refs like those...liberty never gets games where they let the teams decide who wins it hands down

 

and jones fumbled in the 4th...i was standing right there 2 yards away...it was a good call

 

maybe they could have measured on that 4th down when westview was in the red zone under 2 minutes to go...but do u really wana put ur offense back out on the field and take a chance of someone getting lit up for no reason...the game was well in hand and no reason to risk injury

Congrats to CC! Yall have a great team and Jones is the real deal. His leg strength and ability to break tackles is amazing. Your defensive line pretty much shut down our run game and our passing game was off last night. Lots of mis guided throws and dropped balls. I hope yall go all the way.

Crockett Co has a great team. I was very impressed with how Westview battled back in the 2nd half though. They never gave up in that game and held Crockett pretty much the whole 2nd half. Westview really missed their senior lineman who has to sit the entire game for school related issues. He not only hurt himself but he hurt his team. I hope both teams make a playoff run. Good luck to both!
