Who will be the best team in Clarksville next season?

Clarksville High. Good coach with one year under his belt at his new school. They will only get better.

With Clarksville being a big city I thought they would have at least 2 teams competing for a state title, seems like everyone in 5a runs over those school's

The talent is spread out through several high schools & they don't have middle school football. Also, basketball is huge in Clarksville and is more of a focus in my opinion.

Clarksville High should definitely be the best team in the city next year.

   - Rossview will be good dropping down to 5A but they are losing a lot of players.

   - Kenwood is losing Perry.

   - Clarksville will most likely have the best QB an RB duo in Jones & Johnson.

   - Shelby and Company will have these players for a full off-season to work with them.

As far as who will be best, I am in Clarksville and have no idea. It seems most people tend to go with tradition, which doesn't mean anything in the area now. The schools get rezoned every year with new schools being built. I graduated from Clarksville High and don't see anything that stands out with them. In 5A, Clarksville and Rossview will compete. Northeast may surprise. Of course, in Region 7, Henry Co, Brentwood and Centennial should be at the top of the region unless I'm missing something.
