87Bobcat seems to like what he has seen so far,thinks they could be the spoiler team in the region.Went to PF and gave them all they could handle.Looks llke things are turning around in Bobcat land.

Well that sounds good. I knew they had all kinds of new coaches and a new offense...but I just hadn't seen anything on here about them.

I know OS had a great middle school program the last couple of years. Maybe some of the young guns can contribute.

We did in fact give them all they wanted. They were expecting us too lay down on them and we smacked them in the mouth. One thing about this team is they LOVE too hit. Yes Larry has had several good middle school teams, His teams have played for the conference championships the 2 years. Lost it 2 years ago to spring city at spring city from a little home cooking, and won it last year over the same spring city team at home. Beat them by 10 i think. He has assembled a real good staff this year.Almost everyone on the staff is an alumnis of OSHS, the OC is a Clinton grad,special teams coach is from lake city. All the kids respect all the coaches and will give there all for them. We are excited for the season too start..

Good luck to OZ. Hope to see you guys do good. Hate that our series has been put on hold. I'm sure is was all about scheduling with the new regions.

No, he isn't. Great guy though.

 

I look for the Bobcats to be much improved, unfortunately they play a much tougher schedule. The scheme changes should help and will keep them competitive since they have abandoned the spread. It suits their personnel better to I believe. Coach Green has a good staff around him and that should help in his first year at this level. I think they have 6-7 winnable games but with depth issues I thin they can get to 5 wins if they can beat the Johnson clan to get off to a 1-0 start. I have them at the 5 spot in the region just missing the playoffs. I really hope they prove me wrong.
