Whichever team plays with more energy will win this game. I think OS has a little more talent, but if Sunbright really brings it, it could go the other way. Their starters took the 2nd half off last week to rest up for this one.

I've been surprised with Sunbright so far. I knew they'd lose to Scott and you all but I thought some may be closer. They lost some good players from last year but not a lot of players. Oh well. I still say they beat OS

they will compete this week. But OS is the better team imo, and with them running the same offense as harriman and getting their film Sunbright could be in for another long night.

Not sure what happened as far as injuries last week, I think a healthy OS team wins. With that being said, I am not sure about this one.

I'm not sure either. SB handled business like they were supposed to against wartburg but had 2 bad showings the last 2 weeks. SB always seems to get better as the year goes on so this week could tell us a little bit about both teams. I'm going with SB just because they've been better than OS for a while.

    • Did this happen? Does anyone know? Ripley has their HC job posted on the bulletin board over the weekend.
    • Coalfield definitely isn't the same team they've had the past few years. They are still the favorites to make it out of their region because of their pitching. They have 1 arm that sits low to mid 80s and 2 other arms that are mid to high 70s with good off speed stuff. If you can avoid their top 3 bats in their lineup then you have a shot to beat them. Their 4-9 hitters are average at best. Wartburg's ace was able to shut them down last week in the game Wartburg won 4-2.
    • It is the longest season. Plus, 30 games a year. No Christmas break. I would say basketball is the most time consuming.
