You may not agree with the statement but it is true.. SC has not had a winning record since 2010 I believe and that was the last time they went to playoffs.. Cheatham had that great run in what 2012..

You're right. I don't agree with it. They might not be winning championships or even very many games for that matter but they bring what they got and play hard. Losing games don't make teams with communities, parents, teachers, students attached "irrelevant". You might not agree with that either but it's the truth! ;) Edited by Swarm

Does SC scare anyone anymore? At one point, they were a team that very few wanted to play. At one point, they were ranked in the top 10 in the state. At one point, they were hosting a playoff game. At one point, they had a winning record after breaking 25 years without a winning record. Until they get back to how they use to be, they will be the old SC Rebels that teams schedule for homecoming games.

SC has not been relevant in how many years now? Cheatham had their one good run under Finley..

Cheatham has had more than just one good run through the years. In '84 they won nine games. From '91-'97 they were a very good 4A program. From '03-'05 they won 25 games in 3 years. In 2012 they won a dozen games and were in the quarters. If you date back to the teams of the 50s and 60s that Coach Spangler coached you'd see that Cheatham County has won it's fair share of games through the years
