Wayne County @ Bruceton

Still havnt had a chance to watch any film on Bruceton, only know what I've heard. I do know WC is playing well right now and with a lot of intensity.

Stop #49 thats it basically...they have a pretty bad defense. They have gave up 31 against an 0-4 West Carroll team. Then gave up 30 to a 2-2 decent South Fulton team. Beat the brakes off Perry Co. (but who hasn't??). And last night they gave up 21 to McNairy Central who is missing 2 of there best players and another one who is playing with a fractured knee!

 

Anyways my point is they have a fantastic RB in #49, the kid runs a 4.38 (Film dont lie, hes def a legit 4.4-4.5 guy). But besides him they dont have much to offer up. Now dont get me wrong they are 3-1 and 1 pt away from 4-0 but that Defense is just plain weak. And as we WC fans know we have one of fhe best Defenses we have had in awhile in the boro! #49 Johnson is a JR and is listed at 5'10 192 so i hope the Def has on our PF Flyers this week lol.

I'm excited about making the trip to Bruceton this week, havnt been there since WC lost in the semi-finals in 90! Only thing is I hope I can make it by kickoff!

I never said McNairy is 1A. They are a below avg 3A school.

Losing in 1990 and 1995. So id say we are due...lol

If Wayne County can get the mercy rule clock running sometime in the second half, then Wayne County has got a legitimate shot at winning their region.

This may be a barn burner. WC will win though. They seem to do well in close games.

From what I've seen on film I think the mercy rule will be in effect early, don't think Brucetons defense can slow WC down. The question is how well will WC do against Brucetons run game. WC has done a good job against the run this year but this will be a little different look.
