Maybe it would be different if Smith wouldn't have went 19 carries for 106 yards as a sophomore last year vs LCHS. Yes, he has been injured but you had a completely healthy Smith and Boyd put it in the hands of a freshman that turned it over while the bulldozer had 2 carries. You tell me--smart move or dumb.
