Watertown vs. Tyner

With the history we have had with Tyner, I expect Watertown to be in for a rude awakening. We have brought some very good teams to the table and had nothing for them in the past. I have not seen Tyner this year but I would expect linemen between 280-330 and backs that will juke your socks off. Watertown did not look to have much team speed at all, I see that being a huge factor in the game. Tyner always has speed. If Tyner protects the ball, I say that Tyner wins 34-14.

Good post from a 3rd party.

I just hope we manage to keep the game close.

Turnovers might be the key; noticed that Watertown had 4 fumbles, lost 3 and Rams had 2 and lost 2 last Friday.

With the weather, 40% rain, I hope we can manage all mistakes and keep them at a minimum.

As for keeping the game close, I would prefer getting ahead and let WT worry about keeping it close. They have the advantage of being @ home!

We have 80% chance of storms in SP Friday night. If there is only a 40% chance of rain in Watertown that could be a good omen for your Rams.

I have a question...

Heard the school called Tyner Academy and thought we were facing one of those low down privates...

Then was told Tyner is a Magnet school...

What are they a magnet for?

Similar to CSAS?

Will this magnet school be afforded a multiplier in years to come along with the open zoners?

No, they don't get a multiplier but in all honesty they should get one. Yes, they are like CSAS. Their kids can come from anywhere in the county and get bussed to Tyner.
